She has a passion for operations management and enjoys the fast-paced and challenging working environment in Neurology. In her role, she has the opportunity to work with the incredible in-clinic and section support teams to ensure they have the people, processes and resources to partner with clinical providers to deliver excellent patient care. She loves working with the talented and intelligent team members to tackle operational challenges and identify and implement improvements.

Gavney’s educational background is in healthcare administration. She earned her Master’s in Health Systems Management from Rush University and a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) in Health Policy and Management from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.
Outside of work, her family keeps her incredibly busy. She has three children: Callan (8), Henry (6), and Audrey (3), who are high-energy and love to go on weekend outings. She also enjoys home improvement projects, trying new restaurants with her husband Chris (when they can find a sitter brave enough to watch their kids!), cooking and baking, and thrifting.
