Dallas Pierson has been dedicated to healthcare since the age of 14, developing a strong foundation rooted in compassion, discipline and service to others. Growing up in the field shaped Pierson’s work ethic early on and instilled a deep respect for responsibility, teamwork and continuous learning. Caring for others isn’t just what Pierson does – it’s a core part of who Pierson is.
Outside of healthcare, Pierson has had a lifelong passion for motorcycles and has been riding since the age of 18. The freedom, focus and precision that riding demands mirror the mindset Pierson brings to both professional and personal life. Pierson also enjoys spending spare time tinkering with vehicles alongside a husband of numerous years, always looking to understand how things work and how they can be improved. Working with hands gives Pierson a creative outlet and keeps problem-solving skills sharp. When not in scrubs or the garage, Pierson is an avid gamer who competes in high-ranked competitions. Gaming challenges Pierson strategically and mentally, pushing to stay sharp, adaptable and competitive. In neurology, Pierson is the head of the adult botox group. As a medical assistant, Pierson plays an essential role in supporting both patients and providers throughout each day. Pierson greets and prepares patients for their appointments, takes and documents vital signs, updates medical histories, and assists during exams and minor procedures. Pierson also manages important administrative tasks such as scheduling, verifying insurance, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating referrals. Ensuring that the front and back sections of the entire clinic are covered and have everything they need is a key part of Pierson’s job. For the Botox division, Pierson works closely with both the billing side and numerous subspecialties of neurology to ensure their providers have their needs met on the days they are on the floor. Pierson ensures that all botox patients have up-to-date authorizations for their injections, which can change on the day of their appointment.
