Administration Staff Employee of the Quarter
Tasha Renner-Chavez
Credentialing Coordinator
Business Support Team

Tasha is incredibly proactive with managing credentialing and licensure. She closely tracks all of the details of upcoming faculty, trainee, and APP hires and ongoing licensure and credentialing. She is very knowledgeable of regulations and institutional policies. She is proactive with informing all stakeholders when there is a delay in the expected timeline to prevent last minute changes and confusion. When she doesn’t have the answer, she is always willing to connect with centralized resources to seek out clarification. Tasha has taken the lead with creating a checklist of important points for APPs and their collaborating physicians as well as seeking clarification from FPP on how to interpret relevant guidelines. She has also closely followed up on delayed licensures and delayed credentialing packets to try to expedite completion to prevent new clinicians from delaying clinic. Tasha is kind, conscientious, detail-oriented and a pleasure to work with.
