Specializing in the intersection of brain and behavior, our team provides expert evaluations for patients with neurologic injuries and diseases. Our neuropsychologists offer personalized assessments to help guide diagnosis, treatment planning and support for conditions affecting cognition, memory, attention and emotional functioning.

Offering advanced solutions for complex epilepsy, our clinic provides multidisciplinary, concierge-level care for children and young adults with treatment-resistant epilepsy. Working closely with each patient’s primary neurologist, our team delivers expert recommendations — including surgical options — based on a thorough review of medical history and specialized evaluations. A dedicated nurse navigator ensures seamless coordination, guiding families through every step of the process while maintaining close communication with referring providers.

As one of the largest programs of its kind, our multidisciplinary team of specialists in neurology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology and more provides world-class care for all types of epilepsy, offering access to the latest treatments, including neurostimulation and surgery, to help children thrive.

Leading the way in pediatric MS care, the our center is nationally recognized as one of only twelve Centers of Excellence designated by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Focused on supporting children with rare neurodevelopmental disorders, our clinic is a collaborative effort between WashU Medicine and St. Louis Children’s Hospital, offering expert care for Rett Syndrome, MECP2 duplications, CDKL5 and FOXG1-related conditions. Recognized for excellence in epilepsy care, our section operates as a Level IV NAEC-accredited center, meeting the highest national standards for the diagnosis and treatment of seizure disorders. By integrating evidence-based strategies, advanced neurodiagnostic tools and both traditional and minimally invasive surgical options, our board-certified providers deliver comprehensive, personalized care — including long-term management with FDA-approved neurostimulation devices — in a nationally ranked hospital with a 10-bed epilepsy monitoring unit.
