John Morris focuses his research and clinical work on Alzheimer’s disease and other age-related neurological disorders. His key areas of interest include:
- Identifying preclinical stages of Alzheimer’s using biomarkers and neuroimaging
- Improving early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease
- Studying the relationship between clinical symptoms and brain pathology in dementia
- Testing new drugs for treating dementia
- Defining genetic forms of Alzheimer’s and other dementias
