The goal of this training is to provide language to address discrimination without shaming others but rather fostering inclusi on. We accomplish this goal through interactive media\, positive response techniques\, and activities that encourage empathetic understanding through exploring real-life identities.

How to attend the training: This is an in-pe rson training in EPNEC Seminar Room A. Please follow recommended masking/sa fety procedures.
What to do after training is completed: Afte r the training has been completed and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & In clusion completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email fr om Washington University Learn@Work. The Email contains a link to the eval uation. Complete the evaluation as soon as possible to avoid action message s of “in progress\, pending action\, or “incomplete” in your Plan that is n ot associated with the training but the evaluation.
