The goal of this training is to provide language to address discrimination without shaming others but rather fostering inclusio n. We accomplish this goal through interactive media\, positive response t echniques\, and activities that encourage empathetic understandingthrough e xploring real-life identities.

How to attend the training: This is an in-perso n training in EPNEC Seminar Room A. Please follow recommended masking/safet y procedures.
What to do after training is completed: After t he training has been completed and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclu sion completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email contains a linkto the evaluati on. Complete the evaluation as soon as possible to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action\, or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not a ssociated with the training but the evaluation.
