The goal of this training is to provide language to
address discrimination without shaming others but rather fostering inclusio
n. We accomplish this goal through interactive media\, positive response t
echniques\, and activities that encourage empathetic understanding through
exploring real-life identities.

How to attend the training: This is an in-person training in FLTC 301. Please fol low the recommended masking/safety procedures.
What to do afte r training is completed: After the training has been completed and the Off ice of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion completes the update\, learners recei ve a system-generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Ema il contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as po ssible to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action\, or “inco mplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training but the evalu ation.
