Unconscious Bias – Facilitators provide experiential activities that ali gn with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something that every individual hold s. The goals of this interactive training is to highlight the concept of u nconscious bias\, how it influences individuals on a daily basis\, and prov ides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias.

How to atte nd the training: This is an onsite training in EPNEC's Seminar Ro om B. Please remember to sign the log when entering the physical training location to be awarded credit for attending.
What to do after training is completed: After the training has been completed and the completion update is made by the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclus ion\, learners receive a system generated Email from Washington Univers ity Learn@Work. The Email contains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is no t associated with the training\, but the evaluation.
