Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 - Unconscious Bias (This is a virtual training)
Facilitators provide experien tial activities that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something th at every individual holds. The goals of this interactive training is to hi ghlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how it influences individuals dai ly\, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias.

How to attend the trainin g: This virtual training is conducted in Zoom.
What to do after tra ining is completed: After the training has been completed and the Office o f Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email co ntains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the training but the evaluation.
