Diversity & Inclusion 2.0 - Unconscious Bias (This is a virtual training)
Facilitators provide experient ial activities that align with materials from the American Association of M edical Colleges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something tha t every individual holds. The goals of this interactive training is to hig hlight the concept of unconscious bias\, how it influences individuals dail y\, and provides tangible tools for mitigating unconscious bias.
How to Register: Registration must be completed by logging into https://wustl.sabacloud.com/ and selecting HR - Diversity & Inclusion 2.0\, course number 00006221 and class ID number 0000068313
How to attend the training : This virtual training is conducted in Zoom.
What to do after trai ning is completed: After the training has been completed and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion completes the update\, learners receive a s ystem-generated Email from Washington University Learn@Work. The Email con tains a link to the evaluation. Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pending action or “incomplete” i n your Plan that is not associated with the training but the evaluation.
