Facilitators provide experiential activiti es that align with materials from the American Association of Medical Colle ges (AAMC) to demonstrate how unconscious bias is something that every indi vidual holds. The goals of this interactive training are to highlight the concept of unconscious bias and how it influences individuals daily\, and p rovide tangible tools for it.
