 d to:</p><p>Define diversity\, equity\, and inclusion</p><p>Communicate the
  importance of diversity and inclusion initiatives to the university</p><p>
 Explore the impact of exclusion</p><p>Understand the importance of being an
  ally</p><p>How to Register:  Registration must be completed by logging int

 a>.</p><p>How to attend the training:  This is an in-person training in EPN
 EC Seminar Room B. Please follow recommended masking/safety procedures.</p>
 <p>What to do after training is completed:  After the training has been com
 pleted and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusion completes the updat
 e\, learners receive a system-generated Email from Washington University Le
 arn@Work.  The Email contains a link<br /> to the evaluation. Complete the 
 evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “in progress\, pe
 nding action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associated with the t
 raining but the evaluation.</p><p>Individuals with disabilities are encoura
