 ness</b></span></p><p><span>The goal of this interactive training is to pro
 vide participants with a basic awareness of cultural diversity as well as h
 ow culture influences the workplace\, campus and clinical care environment 
 at Washington University School of Medicine. </span></p></p><p>The class is
  a combination of experiential and didactic training designed to:</p><ul><l
 i><span>Define diversity\, equity\, and inclusion</span></li><li><span>Comm
 unicate the importance of diversity and inclusion initiatives to the univer
 sity</span></li><li><span>Explore the impact of exclusion</span></li><li><s
 pan>Understand the importance of being an ally</span></li></ul><p>How to Re
 gister:  Registration can be completed by clicking the <a href="https://wus

 00184900">registration link</a>.</p><p>How to attend the training:  This is
  an in-person training in FLTC 302. Please follow the recommended masking/s
 afety procedures.</p><p>What to do after training is completed:  After the 
 training has been completed and the Office of Diversity\, Equity & Inclusio
 n completes the update\, learners receive a system-generated Email from Was
 hington University Learn@Work.  The Email contains a link to the evaluation
 . Complete the evaluation as soon as you can to avoid action messages of “i
 n progress\, pending action or “incomplete” in your Plan that is not associ
 ated with the training but the evaluation.</p><p>Individuals with disabilit
 ies are encouraged to attend all Washington University School of Medicine s
