Perspectives se eks to provide space for participants to share experiences and build muscle s for listening\, understanding\, empathy and dialogue across viewpoints. T o create a space for more authentic sharing\, we do not record Perspectives sessions. Typically\, sessions include both small group and large group di scussions. For this Perspectives session\, we will be discussing the law of Title IX\, how it has changed over time\, and implications for higher educ ation practitioners. During the discussion\, we will explore reactions to l earning more about the law and how it might impact our interaction with our own Gender Equity and Ti tle IX Compliance Office.
