In recognition of LGBTQIA+ Pride M onth\, the Office of Diversity\, Equity\, and Inclusion's Perspect ives Dialogue will focus on deepening awareness and understanding on how LG BTQIA+ identities have been viewed and treated historically\, making connec tions to recent legislative efforts to harm the LGBTQIA+ community across t he nation.
Perspectives seeks to provide space for participants to sh are experiences and build muscles for listening\, understanding\, empathy a nd dialogue across viewpoints. To create a space for more authentic sharing \, we do not record Perspectives sessions. Typically\, sessions include bot h small group and large group discussions.
RSVP is required. The even t will be held on Zoom\, however it will not be recorded.
