 is FREE event welcomes all families of children with CP in the greater St. 
 Louis area.</p><p>Our goal is to encourage families to build lifelong conne
 ctions with each other and to plan for full and long lives for their childr
 en with CP.<br />RSVP OPENS ON MAY 17th!</p><p><strong>Dual Programming</st
 rong></p><p>Programming for the day is split into two separate tracks\, all
 owing caregivers and young adults with CP to connect and gain resources whi
 le children with CP and their siblings enjoy fun activities in the Garden.<
 /p><p><strong>Resource Programming</strong></p><p>Community partners partic
 ipating this year:<br />Special School District of STL (SSD)<br />Plan for 
 adulthood using Charting the LifeCourse tools.<br />Access transition-to-ad
 ulthood resources.</p><p>UMSL SUCCEED<br />Learn how to prepare for inclusi
 ve postsecondary education at every stage.</p><p>PLB Family Navigators (Mis
 souri residents only)<br />Get personalized support navigating services\, r
 esources\, and future planning from a dedicated family navigator.</p><p>The
 rapeutic Horticulture<br />Find respite in nature and connect with fellow c
 aregivers through a community-building activity in the Garden.</p><p>Panel 
 on "Exploring Identity with CP"<br />Engage with adults with CP as they ref
 lect on identity\, growth\, and lived experience.</p><p>Garden Programming<
 /p><p>Medically trained staff from the CP Center—including physicians\, phy
 sical and occupational therapists\, and nurses—guide children with CP and t
 heir siblings through accessible activities in the garden.<br />Activities 
 include:<br />Creating and listening to music<br />Exploring plant life<br
